Service Timeframe And Collection Timeframe Policy
Service Timeframe:

Normal services such as components replacement (screen, battery, charging port, etc.) will take up to 2 days while stock lasts. 95% of normal service will be done overnight. In case of component issues such as faulty parts or lack of stock, we will let you know the waiting timeframe for the new components to arrive. You can keep your device or leave the device with us while waiting.

Mainboard repair or replacement will take up to 3 weeks to finish. 80% of the mainboard repair will be returned within 2 to 3 days. If we need a longer time to service your device, we will contact you in advance. Normally because of the complication of the repair (water damage, unknown fault), it will take extra time.

The inspection devices might take more time to complete since all components need to be tested before contacting the customer. It might take up to 2 weeks to finish checking your device.

Storage Timeframe:

All the devices will be stored at our shop for up to 3 months after the first collection notification. The pick-up time is from 11 am to 6.30 pm daily. The first collection notification will be given on the day the device was received (for short-time services) or through a text message (for long-time services).

After 3 months, the uncollected devices will get a reminder text message and will be stored at our remote storage. They will be kept at our remote storage for up to 3 months after the reminder text message (6 months after the first collection notification). All the uncollected devices will be disposed of after this period of time.
