Service Terms and Conditions

We prefer to test all functions before and after the repair. In the case we cannot test any functions before the repair, we will not be held any responsibility for any functionalities that were not working. We will offer the service with the most preferential prices if there are further issues.

Please take the initiative to back up your data (if possible). We are aware of the importance of your data and always try our best to assist our customers in backing up the data. However, EziPhoneRepair is not responsible for the loss of any data under any circumstances.

Please keep your SIM cards, memory cards, and other accessories, EziPhoneRepair is not responsible for the loss of any accessories. SIM cards and memory cards can be left inside the device but they need to be informed to us before you hand over your device.

Charges might be applied for any checking devices*. 

For any device that getting the screen replacement, due to the damage, we cannot make it in the same state as the original condition. The brightness or contrast of the screen might be a little bit different from the previous screen.

For the device that getting a glass-only replacement, if there is too much damage/pre-damage on the display, there is a risk that the display might have some issues. There will be an extra cost if the display had some issues if you want to get it replaced. Otherwise, we will return the device in the same condition without any charge.

For the devices that getting the display replacement, especially for Apple devices, sometimes a damaged touch screen keeps sending wrong signals to the mainboard so it causes "iPhone is disabled". We can help you to restore your device but we cannot retrieve your previous data.

For the device that needs the mainboard repair, we will try our best to keep your data. Since repairing the mainboard relates to the device’s memory, we cannot guarantee the data.

We cannot verify the battery drainage time of your device before the repair. However, we always disconnect the battery while servicing your device. We will not hold any responsibility for the battery's health before or after the service (except for the battery replacement).

We cannot provide any warranty or provide a limited warranty for the repaired devices if there were any damage to the housing of the device (ie. bent housing, broken backglass, etc).

All devices need to be picked up within 06 months from the first notification of collection. Please notify us 1 day in advance if your device had not been collected for more than 02 months. EziPhoneRepair is not responsible for the availability of the device after 06 months*.


Nothing in the Sales Terms is intended to have the effect of contracting out of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 ("Act") except to the extent permitted by the Act and the Sales Terms are to be modified to the extent necessary to give effect to that intention. Where the Act applies to these Sales Terms: If the products are acquired by you for business purposes, you agree that the Act does not apply; and If the products are not acquired by you for business purposes, we reserve the right to replace any Products which fail to comply with any guarantee contained in the Act. You acknowledge that we do not provide any Express Guarantees (as defined in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) other than those expressly confirmed by us in writing. 

For any other repairs or products sold and not listed, please ask the salesperson for warranty information.
