We are providing both drop-off/pick-up service and shipping/delivery service.

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP PROCESS

Before you drop your device in:

You can contact us for a free quote or you can bring your device to our shop, we will quote for it on the spot*.

When we receive your device:

For a precise service:

- Confirm the quote to fix your device.

- After you have agreed to the cost, test all the functions of the device**.

- Give you a time frame for the service***.

For a checking service such as water damage, no display, or the device not turning on, etc:

- Give you a time frame for the checking***.

- After we have checked your device, contact you for a quote and time frame for the service***.

- After you have agreed to the cost, service your device.

After the service was done, when you come back to collect your device:

- Test all functions of the device again**.

After you pick up:

- Provide warranty for the part(s) that was(were) getting service, you can check our Terms and Conditions.

- Provide full support with any issues that you have after the repair, if it was related to the service, we will cover it under our warranty, otherwise, we will give you a quote to get it serviced.

* We can give you a quote for precise damage. With water damage, no display, no power, etc. devices, we need to disassemble the device before giving you a quote. We can give you an estimate on-site.

SHIPPING AND DELIVER PROCESS

Before you ship your device to us:

- You can contact us for a free quote*. It is very useful when you can provide us the photos of the damage via our Email, Facebook, Whatsapp, Viber, or iMessage.

- After you are happy with the quote, please ship it to us. You can find our address here.

- We will need your NAME, CONTACT DETAILS (MOBILE PHONE OR EMAIL), RETURN ADDRESS, and DEVICE'S LOCK CODE.****

When we receive your device:

- Test all the functions of the device**.

- Contact you to confirm the cost for the repair, shipping fee, and time frame***.

- After you have agreed to the cost, service your device.

- Send through payment instructions.

After the service was done:

- Test all functions of the device again**.

- Confirm the payment. The process will be faster when you can provide us with the payment screenshot via our email, Facebook, Whatsapp, Viber, or iMessage.

After you received the device:

- Provide warranty for the part(s) that was(were) getting service, you can check our Terms and Conditions.

- Provide full support with any issues that you have after the repair, if it was related to the service, we will cover it under our warranty, otherwise, we will give you a quote to get it serviced.

- Check the device by temporary replace not working components.

- Contact you for a quote and time frame for the repair.

- After you have agreed to the cost, service your device.

Physical Damage Checking and No Power/No Display/etc Checking:

- Check the device by temporary replace not working components.

- Contact you for a quote and time frame for the repair.

- After you have agreed to the cost, service your device.

After the service was done:

- Test all functions of the device again**.
