1. Initial Assessment Fee

• Your device will undergo an assessment to identify the issue, and we will provide you with a repair quote.
• If more than one issue is found or you decide not to proceed with the repair, a $35 service charge will apply.
• If the repair proceeds, the assessment fee will be included in the repair cost.

2. Multiple Issues Detected

• If the issue involves more than just a damaged screen, such as motherboard or battery-related problems, additional repair costs may apply.

3. Repair Process and Cancellation

• If you choose not to proceed with the repair, your device will be returned in its current condition after the assessment.
• In this case, the $35 service charge will still apply.
